I am an Ravens' Cheerleader and have been with Dr. Pattanashetti and his team for about 15 years. He and the staff have always been wonderful, professional, and accommodating, but this most recent incident tops the cake. During the preseason game last week, I had my tooth knocked out and another tooth chipped due to a basket toss injury. I called Dr. Pattanashetti's emergency number after the game at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday evening. By 6:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, Dr. Pattanashetti left his house, drove to his office to view my records, and returned my call. He worked diligently to contact his staff members to come in on a Sunday to assist him while repairing my teeth. THAT IS COMMITMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. I was very touched by his generosity and level of dedication. When I went in to have the teeth repaired and inserted, he reassured me that all was going to be fine and fixable. He and his assistant worked together to get my tooth back in place and repair the chipped tooth. All of this took about an hour. My smile is back to normal and looks great. I can't thank the doctor and his team enough for addressing this issue in such a timely and kind way. I appreciate you all for your high level of greatness!!!

Both my husband and I went to Dr. Pattanashetti’s office in April 2008. Our experience was pleasant. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Pattanashetti’s bedside manner is wonderful. Even though my procedure was slightly painful because of its nature, he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He even called a few hours after the procedure to make sure I was ok.
